The Raleigh Stow-e-Way battery is a 36V X 6.8Ah battery fitting down the rear of the seat post. It is also used at least one other Raleigh bike.
Re-celled batteries
We Re-Cell your Stow-e-Way battery. This service is available from our shop. But it is better to contact us by phone (07802 935973) or use the form below to ensure that we collect and deliver back to you at a convenient time.
You pack up your battery and your charger. We employ a courier to collect it from you and return when re-built
We do not ask for payment until your battery has been re-built and is ready to come back to you.
New batteries
New Stow-e-Way batteries are arriving in the UK in June2026 and will be ready for immediate despatch. They will be available on the edevon-ebikes website on a first come first served basis –
Price £575
Batteries, which are said to be originals available at a much lower price may be old stock.
Chargers
Unfortunately, in some instances, you will need a new charger as there are connection difficulties between your charger and the new battery. A new charger is supplied at a discounted price of £49. only if neccessary. There is no carriage charge if sent with a new battery. Please send your charger with the battery to ensure that you can charge the battery when returned

Thank you for your enquiry. Transporting e-bike batteries between the UK and Europe is very difficult and very expensive. so, we cannot collect or send to Gibralter. We can collect your battery in London and return it within a week if time is important to you. Let me know how we can help.
