Hikobike electric 48V rear-wheel drive Enduro, Scout and NZ Pulse
Selection of 48V motors and batteries means that a heavier electrical system is required. There are two motor options. The rear drive Bafang motor is fitted on most of the bikes. This is teamed with a Torque sensor Pedal assist on the Enduro and Scout. This relies on the pressure applied to the pedals by the rider for a more intuitive ride
Enduro
Enduro is a traditional Hard tail MTB frame fitted with higher quality bike parts. These will withstand the performance delivered by the 48V Bafang rear hub motor
Scout
Alternatively, Scout has the same technical specification as Enduro, with the advantage of a full step-though frame. While the Scout has smaller 26″ wheels to fit a shorter rider.
NZPulse
48V NZPulse step-through is fitted with a rotation sensor so that the rider can get full power from the motor without pedalling hard.
