Your Wisper Traditional rack battery can be re-celled with factory made cell packs complete with new BMS (Battery Management System). All re-cells are guaranteed for 12 months
If you order a re-celled battery from us, you pack up your battery and charger securely for transport.
We arrange for a courier to collect the battery from your address. Our contractor installs the new cell pack and BMS and tests your charger to ensure that everything is working. We then ask you for payment. Upon receipt the battery is returned to you by overnight courier.
The price for doing this is 36V X 375Wh is £325. 36V X 500Wh is £389. (We do not have a 575Wh pack that will fit the Wisper battery box. The 500Wh pack has approx. 12% less capacity)
In each case there is a £30 courier charge to cover collection and delivery back to you. If you order 2 battery re-cells at the same time, there is only 1 courier charge to cover both batteries.
