Before ordering a new Stow‑e‑Way battery, you can choose to have your existing battery checked for £15.to try and "Wake it Up"  But when re-started it may well not be as good as new as the cells may be depleted.  For full power -re-cell.

With the introduction of new electronic equipment, we’ve found that many Stow‑e‑Way batteries that appear not to take a charge can actually be “Woken Up” and restored to full working order.

• If we are able to successfully revive your battery, the total extra cost will be £45, and we will return the working battery to you fully charged.

• If we are not successful, there will be no additional charge.
  In this case, your initial £15 will either cover the return of your battery or be put toward having it re‑celled.

• Before booking a collection, please test your battery:

  1. Plug in the charger and attempt to charge the battery.

  2. If the charger light stays green, press the test button next to the LEDs on top of the battery.

  3. If none of the green LEDs light up, the battery may be suitable for “waking up”.

  4. If any green LEDs show, we cannot perform this service.
