The Wisper 705 with 24" wheels is one of the smallest adult step-through electric bikes on the market. This 2021 example has had little use in this ownership but has been well looked after.  The small 14.5 inch frame size makes the bike ideal for riders about 5ft tall. The semi-swept back handlebars and stem can be adjusted to give a comfortable upright riding position. We have tested the battery and it has returned 12Ah and so should be good for rides up to about 35 miles..

The paintwork is in good condition and all the controls work as they should. Before delivery the bike will be given a service.

The Wisper specification provides Tektro Hydraulic disc brakes, 7 gears and and High puncture resistant tyres.

The rider controls 250watt rear hub motor power with the lefthand LCD display. There are 5 powers to select and the rider can see trip distance, odometer and battery state, as well as the amount of battery power being used sat that time.  Ther is also a left-hand twist throttle that gives immediate power up tomph without pedalling. This is most useful for setting off, especially on a hill.  When pedalling the throttle wil also give assistance up to 15mph. The pedaassist sensor is a cadence sensor the meand the rider can ride while putting little pressure on the pedals and using the throttle to the maximum benefit.

The bike is fittes with comfort saddle, full mudguards, side stand  and front and rear lights worked by the main battery

The dimensions photo shows that the top of the seat post is 26" off the ground and the step-over height of the frame is 16"

These bikes were well constructed  and used good qualty components throughout.  Theres is a great deal if use left in this bike.
